“ The food is amazing, especially the panpancakes. But I ordered a latte extra hot. And the girls who were doing it she left the coffee in the maker so it got warm. And she did it like give me a attitude went i told her the i order a hot extra hot latte. Bad service this time ”

So he asked the employees if they buzzed for my order, a worker said yes. Turned out, someone took my order from the counter. The manager was so sweet, so apologetic, and was super quick to make things right. He asked to have another order made up. He was so nice, it didnt even bother me that I had to wait a little longer for our food, which was hot fresh, eggs cooked to perfection. The banana bread is pretty good too. ”
